Kathy Gust
Kathy lives in Burlington, Ontario with her husband and 4 children. She loves to come alongside people in spiritual direction and provide a welcoming space for them to explore and express their relationship with God. The intention of her spiritual direction practice is for people to grow in self awareness and God awareness so they can experience more freedom, faith, hope, and love. Kathy values family, friendship, authenticity, creativity, and learning. She likes to experiment with different creative expressions and loves all forms of skiing.
Maria Kon
Maria Chan has completed her Doctor in Spiritual Formation at Tyndale University and is a Certified Spiritual Director and Spiritual Director Supervisor with the Canadian Council of Professional Certification. She has served as a supervisor to student directors in the Spiritual Direction Internship (Practicum) at Tyndale University, Emmaus Formation Centre in Mississauga, CenterQuest Asia in the Philippines and the Spiritual Companionship Formation Program in Malaysia. She has also received basic training in the contemplative evocative approach from the Souljourners Program in Atchison, Kansas and compassionate, contemplative evocative supervision training with the Advanced Certificate in Supervision at Fordham University in New York.
Jane Sider
Jane Sider, is the Director of Soul Intent, an international Coaching and Spiritual Direction practice. She helps leaders, change-makers, and those in the trenches of life and work serving others, to cultivate a deepening awareness of where God is present and active in their life and story, and how they are responding. She is passionate about Spiritual Formation as both contemplation and compassionate action, and brings years of experience in individual &group Spiritual Direction, SD Supervision, as well as Leadership Development. Jane holds a Master of Ministry and a Diploma in Conflict Mediation. She has worked for several years in Chaplaincy at a regional Children’s Hospital, journeying with families through tragic losses, and finding new hope. With her husband Mark, and 5 children, Jane lived for 11years in SE Asia & Africa serving in Community Development, Peace building, and Emergency Food Relief.
