Lee Kosa

Lee brings decades of experience in ministry, leadership, spiritual formation, and spiritual direction. He holds a Master of Divinity from Regent College and has served faithfully as a lead pastor, teacher, ceremonialist, and spiritual director.

Throughout his ministry, Lee has been passionate about helping people grow in their relationship with Christ and discern God's presence in everyday life. He brings extensive experience in teaching, mentoring, curriculum development, and leadership, along with particular interests in spiritual formation, spiritual direction, social justice, and the arts.

Beyond his ministry work, Lee is an artist and avid gardener—two pursuits that reflect his appreciation for creativity, beauty, growth, and attentiveness to God's work in the world. He lives in Delta, British Columbia, with his wife and three children.
