Group Spiritual Direction

Group Spiritual Direction

Discover the gift of listening for God together.

Join us for a half-day workshop led by Kathy Gust exploring the practice of group spiritual direction. Together, we will reflect on how shared listening, silence, and prayerful conversation can deepen awareness of God’s presence and movement in our lives.

Group spiritual direction offers a contemplative space where participants attend to God through the lives, stories, and discernments of others. This workshop will introduce the structure, rhythms, and facilitation approaches that support this form of spiritual companionship.

Participants will consider how to cultivate a prayerful and discerning environment marked by safety, trust, mutual listening, and reflection. Practical guidance will be offered for leading groups well and supporting a process that is both communal and deeply contemplative.
