Denisa O. Nica is a spiritual director and writer based in Spain. She is the founder and steward of The Table, a contemplative formation community rooted in spiritual practice, discernment, and shared formational rhythm, where spiritual directors and seekers gather. A graduate of Regent College in Vancouver, she is the author of Kairos: When the Holy Meets the Daily. She publishes essays on spiritual formation, theology, and everyday life on Substack, and develops courses and retreats in contemplative Christian formation. She practices spiritual direction with individuals online and in person.
